Simple User Interface

interfaces. Setup is minimal and test runs can be started quickly.

Test Reports and Data Logging
A Flicker test report can be printed at the end of the test in MS

IEC Flicker Test Window
The CTS system also records comprehensive test data records on
disk for use in detailed reporting or further data analysis applica-
tions. Flicker data is stored in both compact binary and ASCII format
les. The latter format can be loaded directly in popular spread-
sheet programs. A test le replay mode is supported by the CTS
system software that allows frame by frame playback of test data
les for detailed analysis of EUT behavior. This replay capability also
allows the CTS owner to submit test data to California Instruments
for review so he can benet from the experience of our technical
sta when interpreting test results.
